WHAT WE COLLECT
• A random installation identifier created by the app. This is not a
hardware identifier and does not identify you across other apps.
• Your phone number, only if you choose to verify one.
• Your orders: the service purchased, the link or username you supplied,
and the quantity.
• Your coin balance and transaction history.
• Purchase records from Google Play when you buy coins.
• A push notification token, if you allow notifications.
WHAT WE DO NOT COLLECT
• We never ask for, and never store, your social media passwords.
• We do not access your social media accounts.
HOW WE USE IT
To deliver the services you order, to keep an accurate record of your
coin balance, to contact you about your orders, and to detect abuse.
SHARING
To fulfil an order we send the link or username and the quantity to our
upstream service provider. We do not sell your personal data.
DELETING YOUR ACCOUNT
You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account in
the app, or by emailing support@pixelat.tech.
We remove your phone number, name, device records, notifications and
support conversations. We keep your order and payment records in
anonymised form, because we are required to retain accurate financial
records. Any remaining coin balance is forfeited on deletion.
